I want to begin by thanking each and every person that has been contributing to the success of Inlife. Because of the tremendous growth that we’ve encountered, Jim Monde and myself have been looking for ways to communicate to our entire team. Many of you have never had the opportunity to either hear a presentation, training, or webinar that we have conducted. This news letter is being put together to provide you with information that will assist you in taking your business to the next level. In future issues, we will be providing links to online training, live business calls, and weekly updates that are coming from the company, the founders, and the leaders in the field. We are excited to get this information to you.

The Magic Formula of Success
There are three phases in building your business and continuously achieving new levels of success. Here is the magic Formula:
1. Recruiting - This is the key. You cannot build a business without always promoting and recruiting people into the business. You have to speak to your cold, warm, and hot market. This needs to be done daily in your first six months. You need to have a weekly goal once you achieve the recommended goal of 25 personally enrolled. The top leaders in the company will tell you that once you reach a level of 25 personally enrolled ID’s, you should begin to see a rewarding financial position weekly. After that, concentrate on 2 weekly. Within a year, you will have the ability to kick it into cruise control if you have taught your downline your secret. Recruit, Recruit, Recruit.
2. Train - When you recruit someone into the business, you have to provide them training. This business is very foreign to most people. You have to give them the tools that you were provided to become successful. Without leadership, more than 99% of people fail. Don’t do this to your personal enrollees. They are looking for you to lead them. The quicker they have the understanding and the confidence to build their own organization, the quicker you can move on to the next phase.
3. Get back to phase one - Once you have your personal IDs up and trained, you have to keep recruiting. This is a serious business. If you achieve the level of 25 personals in your 1st six months,recruit 8 ID’s a month thereafter for 6 more months, train the ID’s to replicate what you have done, your financial future will be like nothing you probably have ever experienced before. You have the option to do what you want to do when you want to do it. ONE YEAR. This is all it has to take.

The Inlife “REGAL”
Leaders, we have a new cigarette getting ready to hit our product line. It is called the ”REGAL”. Let me tell you, this is a slick device. The Founders wanted some feedback on the device before we took it to market. All of the Founders Circle members were given one and the response in the field has been incredible. This device is going to be a solid tool for the expansion of our business. You need to spread the word about this device. It is the length of the prestige and the cartridge last the equivalent of 10-12 cigarettes. It has a round cartridge instead of the duck bill shape. The Regal should be ready for order the middle of next month. Prepare your downline. This will produce excitement and spark new energy, not to exclude opportunity for major point growth in your binary. Get the word out.

Jim Monde
Back in January of this year, Jim Monde approached me about this idea of selling the electronic cigarette and making big money with this concept.
